Shallow coastal water. Benthic feeder.
Lower part of body with a golden tinge. Pectoral, pelvic & anal fins yellow. A faint steel blue blotch on gill cover. Most common croakers are easy to recognize, by it's tadpole-shaped tail & it's unique snout.
This fish was caught, somewhere east of Sg during "My 2nd Offshore trip" on 5/10/02
