Indian Threadfish Cermin Alectics indicus Carangidae [Jacks & Pompanos] Max to 165 cm Max to 25 kg Marine, brackish 20-100 m Surface waters, esturines, coral reefs, coastal waters. Form schools, juveniles solitary. Feeds on fishes, crustaceans, squids. Yes. A number of them was caught at Labrador Jetty. Shape & looks like a diamond with a distinct hump above it's eyes. Long dorsal, anal filamentous rays, especially in juveniles.
